1940s Inspired Photo Shoot
I would like to put out a huge thank you to fellow photographers Cory Walker and Tracie Boudreau for allowing me to join them in a 1940's themed photo workshop. Cory Walker had been looking at photos and realized that the 1940's era had a great feel to its style and decided to use that inspiration for our next workshop. A high contrast feel was accomplished by a two light setup, one key light, rim light and two great models (who had found a wardrobe to suit the era) to pose for us. Models Eleisha Parker (who did her own make up and had her hair done by Bliss Salon) and Alisha Logan-Thibodeau attended Olive Branch Hair Studio to have there hair and make up done (by Heather Douglas) and then spent a grueling two hours in front of the cameras. They did amazing. Anyways I'd like to share some of my favorite images from that session.
